Meet Meg & Jim Zoller

Meg and Jim met while working for the same oil company. Unfortunately, the field had its problems in the mid 80’s and, like many others, they both lost their jobs. They used the time off to take a “road trip” and figure out what they wanted to do with the rest of their lives. When they returned home to Texas, they started buying homes to “Fluff & Flip.” Meg obtained her real estate license in order to save money in buying and selling their properties, and a few years later Jim obtained his with the intent to “temporarily” assist her. Their business flourished and with Jim’s devoted assistance and encouragement, Meg became a Top Producer in the Bellaire area.

Development of a Team

Over the next few years Jim became more involved in operations and sales. They decided a team approach would better allow them to service their clients, and so developed The Zoller Group of Keller Williams Realty. They have been Top Producers for over a decade now, and in 2004 The Zoller Group became #1 in listings with Keller Williams Realty – Southwest Region.

From the tiniest lease to the grandest estates; from first time home buyers to investment properties, every real estate need is extremely important to Meg and Jim and taken very seriously. With experience in remodeling homes, investing in new construction and private real estate investment, their personal knowledge allows them to understand the diverse needs of sellers, buyers, landlords and tenants from an insider’s perspective. The Zoller Family

Born on an Indian Reservation, Meg grew up in Wyoming, Nebraska, West Virginia, Ohio and Texas. She was graduated from Stephen F. Austin State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Geology and minors in both Physics and Sociology. Her early expertise was in geophysics, oil field and news publication. She then had a career as a Petroleum Geologist in Texas and Louisiana.

Jim is a native Texan who graduated with a degree in engineering from the University of Texas. A successful Petroleum Operations Engineer for two Houston companies, Jim specialized in Texas and Louisiana. His interests include football, basketball, baseball and fishing.

Meg and Jim have two beautiful and intelligent daughters, and they are extremely proud of them both. The Zollers immensely enjoy spending time in the country, at the beach and traveling. Their household includes a Pomeranian, a number of cats, a turtle and an adopted albino mouse.
