		<description>Hi Meg,

Charlie and Cindy Jackson here. I have heard several people mention your blog and have just discovered it. Great site with good info. We are getting ready to build and are very anxious and excited. We have met with the architect once and have a contract with a survey company for a topographical survey. Charlie and I have never built a house and were just discussing what to do next when he reminded me of your blog.
What do you reccommend for next steps; look for a builder or contract for a geotechnical evaluation. I have begun contacting engineering companies and collecting info but Charlie seemed to think we might need to focus on a builder next. We agreed that the smart thing to do would be to ask someone that has done this before.
Any info or advice that you have would be more than welcome.

Thanks,
Cindy</description>
